Summary[edit]

Description The Three Wise Monkeys are in the right panel. That's right, they see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil. This is the wood carving that popularized the expression. It is in the Sacred Stable of Toshogu Shrine, in Nikko National Park. It dates from the early 1600s. This photo is "geotagged" with the approximate location.
