English: The Romanian Minister of Public Works and Communications, Mihail Ghelmegeanu, in the gallery of the Tunelul Mare 2 (the Big Tunnel 2) between Predeal and Timișu de Sus, on the day of its breakthrough, on October 8, 1939.
