English: The Romanian Minister of Public Works and Communications, Mihail Ghelmegeanu, in the gallery of the Tunelul Mare 2 (the Big Tunnel 2) between Predeal and Timișu de Sus, on the day of its breakthrough, on October 8, 1939. To the left of the minister, the engineer Ion Macovei. To the right of Ghelmegeanu, the engineer Theodor Atanasescu.
