Summary[edit]

Description

This old house stands along the old country road between Hallstahammar and Ramnäs. It has been neglected for years, the yard overgrown and the house seemingly empty. Now it seems that someone has started renovations. It's an example of a style called "Snickarglädje", which basically means old wooden houses with decorations and often (as seen here) a rotunda. Even if this is a quite modest example of wooden decoration, it is very charming.
