| Description |
English: Scanning electron microscopy image of titan electrode (red) deposited on graphene covered with tantalum oxide. Graphene was grown on copper by the chemical vapor deposition method. A thin tantalum oxide layer was deposited on graphene using the atomic layer deposition method. Titan electrode was deposited by electron beam evaporation using a photolithography process. After deposition of the tantalum oxide layer, the borders of not completely merged graphene domains became visible. The contrast between defect-free and defective graphene areas remains visible even after the deposition of the Ti electrode.
Eesti: Skaneeriva elektronmikroskoobi kujutis titaan elektroodist tantaaloksiidiga kaetud grafeeni pinnal. Grafeen oli kasvatatud keemilise aurufaasi sadestamise meetodil. Tantaaloksiidi õhuke kiht oli sadestatud aatomkihtsadestamise meetodil. Titaan elektrood oli valmistatud elektronkiir aurustamise meetodil kasutades fotolitograafiat. Peale õhukese tantaaloksiidi kihi sadestamist lõpuni kokkukasvamata grafeeni saarte piirpinnad on muutunud nähtavaks. Kontrast defektivaba ja defektse grafeeni alade vahel säilib ka peale Ti elektroodi sadestamist. |
