Summary[edit]
DescriptionTrente.jpg |
picture of a cast silver medal, about 1580, diameter 34 mm, copy of the original of about 1545, derising the concily of Trente. This medal shows a cardinal and a pope, but when inverted, it shows a deamon and a joker. This image version is the "correct" one, please check Image:Trente-2.jpg for other version.
English: "The perverted church got the face of the devil". "Perversa" is a play of word, as it also means "completely return" (by 180°)
English: "The wisemen are sometimes the dumbs. |
