Description
Nederlands: Binnenhof, oude zaal van de Tweede Kamer. De troon was van 1892-1903 in gebruik bij de ceremoniële opening van de zitting der Staten-Generaal. De zetel is vervaardigd door de fa. J.L. Prins Dzn. te Den Haag; het borduursel is van de fa. Gebrs. Van Oven. De zetel is in 1948 gebruikt bij de inhuldiging van Koningin Juliana.
English: Throne at the Inner Courts of The Hague, in the old meeting hall of the Parliament. Used between 1892-1903 during the ceremonial opening of the parliamentary year. The seat was manufactured by the firm J.L. Prins Dzn. in The Hague; The embroidery was made by the firm Gebrs. Van Oven. In 1948 the seat was used at the inauguration of Queen Juliana of the Netherlands.
