| Description |
English: Trying to get airborne. This is a novice paramotor pilot(?) trying to get airborne. Someone was giving him advice just out of the picture. Apparently the technique is to spread and lift the wing with your back to the wind then turn and run like hell into the wind to get the lift and wind up the motor. Whilst we were watching (perhaps because we were watching) this chap remained firmly on the ground and the new crop took a bit of a hammering. Someone who did manage to get airborne is seen here 1546967 |
