| Description |
English: Tugs, Hound Point. Scotland is still a petroleum exporter. Refined products from Grangemouth (the crude comes in by pipeline from the North Sea, or overseas tankers) are exported from this offshore terminal off Hound Point. At least two tugs are in attendance when ever there is a ship loading. Here there are three on standby. The terminal is long, and the nearest bit to where I took the photo is in this square. |
