The maker of the image is not stated, and unknown. The stamp is believed to be in the public domain, as it is nearly 150 years old. This is believed to be fair use, as well, as it is for educational purposes and no pecuniary consideration is involved. The scan is made at low resolution. The image would otherise be unobtainable.
