| Description |
English: Two streetcars pass construction of the Boylston Street Subway in June 1912. The left streetcar (built before 1903) is headed for Cleveland Circle (Reservoir) via Beacon Street; the right is coming from Holyhood Cemetery via Ipswich Street. The photo was taken on Boylston Street between Hereford Street and Gloucester Street. Thomas Motor Car Company at left was located at 915 Boylston Street. |
