Description

Summary: United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan giving a welcome speech to the UN ICT TF at its 6th meeting in New York, March 2004. Next to him on the panel are Vint Cerf, one of the founders of the TCP/IP protocol suite that laid the foundation for the Internet, José Antonio Ocampo, Undersecretary General of the United Nations, and José Maria Figueres, first chairman of the UN ICT Task Force.
