Summary[edit]

Description
English: "The end of leading Germans and members of the Nasjonal Samling (NS, Norwegian fascist party)." A series of photos of former Nazi leaders and collaborators in German occupied Norway during World War II showing them at the end of the war or after the liberation in 1945: 8. Karl Marthinsen, the Norwegian commander of the Nazi controlled Statspolitiet (National Police), lying dead in his car, assassinated by a Norwegian resistance group on February 8th, 1945.
