Deutsch:
Bildunterschrift: „Landwehr 1843–1852–1857“.
Bilderklärung: „Uniformbild Nr. 12 stellt die Uniform des mit dem Regiment in Beziehung gestandenen Landwehr-Regiments dar. Links ein Offizier zu Fuß und ein Wehrreiter des noch mit Lanze bewaffneten 2. Landwehr-Regiments. Sodann vier Figuren in der Uniform des 1852 errichteten 2. Schweren Landwehr- Reiterregiments. 1858 erhielt dieses dieselbe Bekleidung wie das Linienregiment, nur ohne Kürasse und mit dem Landwehrkreuz ein Helmadler. Auch behielten die Offiziere die ledernen Bandeliers und Koppel und erhielten erst 1866 die blauen Waffenröcke. Die Pferde behielten das ungarische Sattelzeug, nur erhielt die blaue Überdecke, statt des weißen, karmesinroten Besatz.“
