Deutsch: „Der Ritter Burchard von Berwinkel schenkt um Gottes Willen auf Bitten der Ratsherren zu Goslar zu seinem und aller seiner Verwandten Seelenheil den Siechen von der Stadt, damit dieselben sammt und sonders von dem Allerhöchsten ihm zur Huldigung verpflichtet sind, die Vogtei über eine Hufe im Felde zu Schlanstede, die der Ritter Jordan Harre (Hane) von ihm zu Lehn hatte. 25. Mai 1295“. – Anhängend Burchards Siegel, Wolf über Garben, Schildförmig.
