Description
English:
Westend (till 2019 WestEnd City Center).Opening date: 1999. Planned by József Finta, Antal Fekete, Alfréd Peschka. Before the building 'Táltos' (Pegasus) statue by Kálmán Veres (2000 bronze) AND The Monument of Hungarian Science (or The Ship of Hungarian Science) by Pál Kő (2003 limestone) 'Ship' side decorated with 'basalt organ of Badacsony' and there are names of 200-250 scientists. On roof terrace is Vilmos Vázsonyi by Zsuzsa Lóránt (2001 stone) - 1-3 Váci út, 6th district of Budapest.

A magyar tudomány emlékműve (illetve A magyar tudomány hajója) Kő Pál mészkő alkotása (2003) Leírása: ...egy organikus forma, amely egyszerre idézi a badacsonyi bazaltoszlopokat, a polcon sorakozó könyvek gerincét és a hajó formáját...
