Description
English: Close up view of the "Bypass Pennsylvania Avenue" sign on the Utica Avenue-bound platforms of the Van Siclen Avenue Elevated Station on the IRT New Lots Line in the East New York section of Brooklyn, New York City. The temporary sign tells engineers that they should bypass Pennsylvania Avenue Elevated Station due to a major restoration project at the station between April and September 2016. Taken on July 23, 2016 at 11:17:24 A.M. (EST); Edited on January 20, 2017, roughly between 9:57 P.M. and 10:00 P.M.
