Description

21 nordrhein-westfälische Städte, Gemeinden und Kreise wurden am 21. November in Münster von der EnergieAgentur.NRW mit dem European Energy Award (eea) ausgezeichnet. Den European Energy Award erhält eine Kommune, wenn sie mindestens 50 Prozent der Maßnahmen umsetzt, die seit Beginn des Prozesses von akkreditierten eea-Beratern begleitet werden. Gold-Auszeichnungen gibt es in 2018 für die Städte Münster, Bielefeld, Borgholzhausen, Rietberg und Telgte sowie für die Gemeinde Nottuln. Weiterhin ausgezeichnet werden die Städte Herdecke, Lennestadt, Wetter an der Ruhr, Bad Oeynhausen, Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, Emmerich am Rhein, Neuss, Remscheid, Straelen, Viersen, Sankt Augustin und Hörstel sowie die Gemeinde Kall, der Oberbergische Kreis und der Rhein-Sieg-Kreis.
