Op deksel gekroond nationaal wapen. Op voorkant staande dame in lichtgele kleding. In de linkerhand een cacaoblik met haar eigen afbeelding erop. In de rechterhand een lepel cacao uit het blik, met op tafel drie kop en schotels met blauwe opdruk. Op achterkant twee dames in gele en blauwe kleding, zittend aan een ronde tafel, met in de hand een kopje cacao. Op tafel twee witte bordjes en theepot met blauwe opdruk. Op zijkanten, in ruit, soort wapenschild met tekst, waar omheen takken met bladeren.
