English: View SE to the Cairngorms from the B9153. The old road between Carrbridge and Aviemore offers good views over the Cairngorms. The V-shaped cleft in the hills (back right) is the Lairig Ghru, a high-level pass used until as late as 1873 by drovers taking their cattle to Braemar and the south. |
