Violet Heming was born in Leeds, Yorkshire. England, and educated at Malvern House School, Southport, England. When but 12 years old she appeared as "Wendy" in "Peter Pan" and later created the role of Rebecca in "Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm." Previous to her appearance as a star in Paramount Pictures Miss Heming was seen on the speaking stage as leading lady for George Arliss and also in the highly successful production of "Three Faces East." Her screen career started under the direction of the Goldwyn Company, after which she played in Blackton and Srlhg Productions. Miss Heming is 5 feet 4 inches high, weighs 118 lbs., and has blond hair and blue eyes.
