The distinguished Polish and Jewish inhabitants of Łomża welcome the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Poland, Stanisław Wojciechowski (later he visited Łomża twice as the President of the Republic of Poland). The reel of the Torah is held by Rabbi Abraham Yosef Tsinowitz (Cinowicz?). On the right side: Ch. Sark (?), Moshe Goldman, A. Damowitz (Abraham Domowicz), I. Sablitzki, H. Epstein, Rabbi Abraham Yosef Tsinowitz, Eskowitz and Dr. Sh. Goldlust. Polish and Jewish delegations could not mix. | ||||
