Text:
Do you favor home industry? Initiative Measure No. 3 permits each person of legal age to have a case of beer every 20 days, made outside of the state and shipped in, but prohibits the manufacture of any beer in this state, by Washington labor from Washington grown products. No "dry" city was ever a great city. Work and vote against Initiative Measure No. 3.
