English: The life cycle of Echinococcus multilocularis. Red fox and arctic fox serve as main definitive hosts. Rodents such as common voles serve as typical intermediate hosts. Man is infected as an aberrant intermediate host.
Čeština: Vývojový cyklus měchožila bublinatého (Echinococcus multilocularis). Liška obecná a liška polární jsou typickými definitivními hostiteli, mezihostitelem je hraboš polní. Člověk se může nakazit jako náhodný mezihostitel.
