Deutsch: Dienstgradabzeichen der Deutschen Wehrmacht, Schulterstück Offizieranwärter (O.A.) im Unteroffiziersrang (Uffz), hier:
  • Feldunterarzt (FUArzt; FUA) seit dem 25.07.1940 , Sanitätsdienst Heer (Waffenfarbe "blau"), im Rang Fahnenjunker-Oberfeldwebel – vergleichbar NATO OR7
    • wie Fahnenjunker-Oberfeldwebel Heer, jedoch ohne doppelte Unteroffizierstresse, und mit einem gotischen "A" (für "Militärärztliche Akademie Berlin") zwischen beiden aluminiumfarbenen Feldwebel-Sternen
    • Die Beförderung zum Feldunterarzt erfolgte nach dem 1. Klinischen Semester.
