| Description |
English: WWII pillbox beside the path. Here the path leads past a very overgrown pillbox dating from WWII which is not recorded in the Defence of Britain database. The structure is so overgrown that it can hardly be recognised for what it is. The house seen in the distance at the edge of the field is Little Gables and it is located on Mill Common Road > 1035964.
This public footpath starts diagonally across from the junction of the Coast Road with Ostend Road. It leads past a house > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1035907 and past a blue shed belonging to it > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1035910 - https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1035911 following a drain traversing fields, all the way to Mill Common Road further to the west > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1035955. |
