Description
Українська: Патогістологічний препарат біопсії тіла L5 хребця з приводу патологічного перелому. У матеріалі біопсії серед кісткових балок наявні солідні гнізда клітин середнього розміру з округлим ядром, рясною еозинофільною цитоплазмою. При імуногістохімічному дослідженні клітини експресують Synaptophysin, Chromogranin A, CDX-2. Ki-67 - 6%.

Діагноз: метастаз високодиференційованої нейроендокринної пухлини тонкої кишки, G-2, у хребець.

6 років назад лікувався з приводу нейроендокринної пухлини тонкої кишки з метастазами у печінці.
English: L5-vertebra biopsy due to the pathological fracture. Between the bone trabecules there are solid nests of the medium size cells with round nuclei, eosinophylic cytoplasm. These cell have expression of Synaptophysin, Chromogranin A, CDX-2. Ki-67 - 6%. Diagnosis: Metastasis of the well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor, G-2, of small intestine in the vertebra. Clinical history: patient M70. 6 years ago he undrwent treatment because of small intestine NET with liver metastases.
