Summary[edit]

Description
English: First Great Western DMUs at Westbury. In the foreground 158961 is just leaving with a Portsmouth to Cardiff service, while behind is 165110 preparing to leave for Reading. This type of train is not often seen so far west, but an engineering blockade at Reading meant that the usual trains from Penzance to London Paddington were being diverted east of Westbury to reach London Waterloo instead so 165s are providing an alternative service to Reading.
