Description
Français : Le principe de l’immuno-détection couplé à une ECL. Exemple pour le cas d'une détection de la streptavidine. Le principe est de fixer un anticorps primaire sur notre protéine attachée à une membrane de nitrocellulose, en l’occurrence l’anticorps se fixe sur la queue des six histidines (ajout artificiel). Un anticorps secondaire se fixe au premier. Celui-ci possède une peroxydase qui permettra au luminol d’émettre de la lumière lors de sa catalyse.
