Description
Polski: Nazwa willi pochodzi od pierwszego właściciela, którym był August Kałuża. Po II wojnie światowej nieruchomość została przejęta przez państwo i funkcjonowała pod nazwą „Jastrzębianka”. Obiekt w latach 50. służył jako dom wypoczynkowy Funduszu Wczasów Pracowniczych. W 1961 r. budynek został przekazany opiece zdrowotnej i po modernizacji uruchomiono w nim w 1963 r. Szpital Miejski, który działał do końca lat 90. Od 2006 r. obiekt służył jak Ośrodek Zamiejscowy Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej. W 2010 r. AGH przeniosła swoją siedzibę do budynku dawnej Spółki Brackiej. Od 2019 roku w budynku znajduje się oddział szkoły Teb Edukacja.
