Description
English: Part of the former erecting shop (1838) of the Steam Factory at Woolwich Royal Dockyard; where steam engines were assembled after manufacture or repair, ready to be installed in ships moored in the adjacent basin to the south (since filled in). Part of the first steam factory to have been established in a Royal Dockyard.
