Summary[edit]

Description
English: The World Soccer Atlas

6000 Clubs 4000 Cities Over 250 countries and dependencies

The world’s most popular sport now has its own atlas, bringing you resources from more than 250 countries where the game is played, from the top of the Himalayas to the most remote islands. The World Soccer Atlas is a global standard reference book. Soccer Explorers made the World Soccer Atlas to fill the void of soccer-themed books that capture the worldwide stamp of the sport.

The World Soccer Atlas brings you all the reference you need about your favorite sport across the globe. Over 6,000 clubs are featured on our customized maps. You will find stats on the stadiums, championships, and leagues your favorite teams play in!

Soccer Geography. Could there be a better way to explore and learn about the world than through its most popular sport? Learn vital statistics about EVERY COUNTRY - what languages they speak, how many people live there - and quirky stories of how soccer has permeated global culture. We've even researched the sport in those never-even-heard-of-it places like the Pitcairn Islands, St. Helena and Tuvalu. Also featured in the World Soccer Atlas are our own photos - images we've captured from all over showing the joy the sport brings to its fans!

The atlas will feature about 500 full-color pages of soccer, soccer, SOCCER! View sample pages from the book.

Marc Asmodé has traveled every continent (except Antarctica – soon, soon) and experienced soccer being played anywhere at anytime by anybody – men, women, children, and even the disabled! He has seen that soccer has no boundaries – it is simply the world’s game. Here are some of his pictures from around the globe.

Also, this book has came to life because of very good friends who were there every step of the way over the past six years. Thank you Rebecca and Dan!
