Description
Deutsch: Renaissanceportal des ehemaligen Kaiserlichen Zeughauses in Wiener Neustadt, Niederösterreich. Im 2. Weltkrieg beschädigt, wurde das Zeughaus abgerissen und an seiner Stelle ein Amtsgebäude für die Bundespolizeidirektion sowie das Vermessungsamt errichtet. Einzig die Portale am Burgplatz und in der Burggasse wurden erhalten und in das moderne Gebäude integriert
English: Renaissance portal of the former Kaiserliches Zeughaus (Imperial armoury) of Wiener Neustadt, Lower Austria. After having suffered damage during World War II, the armoury was demolished and replaced by a modern building, now the police headquarters. Only the portals in Burgplatz and Burggasse were preserved and integrated into the modern structure.
