Polski: Przestronne wnętrze I piętra narożnego domu handlowego wzniesionego w 1897 r. wg proj. Heinricha Simona, a przebudowanego w 1900 r. (proj. Karl Grosser, firma Brost&Grosser). Skorygowano wtedy wejście i witryny od Świdnickiej. W 1906-08 dobudowano od strony Podwala nowe skrzydło. We wnętrzu przebito otwory w ścianach scalając wnętrza. W 1929-39 budynek należał do firmy A. Wertheim, a w 1940-45 do firmy AWAG. Od 1930 r. funkcjonowała na piętrze Cafe Vaterland . Mimo społemowskich remontów zachowało się to ogromne wnętrze, dzisiaj w połowie wynajmowane na handel używaną odzieżą. Te kolumny z oryginalnymi głowicami widać także na jedynym archiwalnym zdjęciu |
