Summary[edit]

Description
English: Lao Tzu (Laozi). Tang Dynasty. Beilin Museum, Xi'an

Although heavily damaged and restored, this early and life-sized statue of The Master exudes a certain fascination, if for no other reason than how different and strange it is.
