English: The ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the Likerman Synagogue "Lev Israel" on 165 Lychakovskaya Street in Lviv with the participation of the main Lviv rabbis Arye Leib Braude and Meshulem Salat, took place on the day of the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Emperor Franz Joseph.
