Description
Magyar: A Zsellérház. A település legrégibb fennmaradt lakóháza. Zsúpfedeles, három osztatú, egyszerű észak-magyarországi palócház. Táblatelken létesült. Falazata fonott sövényből (vert fal) és vályogból készült. Tetőzete zsúppal fedett, nyeregtetős. Nemes egyszerűséggel faragott deszkaoromzatán felül szellőzőrács, alatta két sorban nagyobb szellőző- és világító nyílások. Az utcára néző homlokzatán két szalagkeresztes ablak, keskeny cserép vízvetővel, amelyet a két vízvetőgerenda vége tart farkasfog mintával fűrészelt deszkával. A fal alján magas utcai padka. Az udvari homlokzat háromtengelyes, a kamra, a pitvar és a ház nyílásaival. A becslések szerint a XVIII-XIX. század fordulóján, mintegy 220 évvel ezelőtt épülhetett. A Zsellérház az egykori libapáston áll, ahová az 1780-as évek végén a faluból néhány zsellér költözött. A régi zsellérházakból csak ez az egy, a mai tájház épülete maradt meg. A vert falú, zsúpfedeles ház egykori gazdája Balázs István, maga is zsellér volt még a XIX. században. A család utolsó tagja 1971-ben halt meg.
