Copyright of the image is owned by the Brant Historical Society/Brant Museum and Archives. I have the original hand tinted image that the scan came from in my hands at the moment. There is only one copy that exists of this image.
- You may own the actual physical portrait, but the image is more than a century old, and therefore in the public domain. Do you not want the photograph used on Wikipedia? Or are you looking for credit? Bobanny 05:38, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
