Too many vertebrates in my opinion. This is supposed to represent diversity, but only 3 phyla of around 34 are shown, with 7/11 photos being vertebrates. What to include is very subjective, but I don't think I would give this any awards for showing the diversity of animals. Even if it is just to use featured pictures, I doubt these are all there are. Agreed; the very first thing I noticed about the image was that it doesn't even begin to show animal diversity. One mollusk, 3 arthropods, and 7 vertebrates? --Cousin Ricky (talk) 01:04, 16 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Especially since this image is the main image of w:Bilateria it should have been made much more diverse, there should be a starfish and an earthworm. Why more than one fish, more than one mammal, or more than one insect? Just make another image and link from this. IveGoneAway (talk) 19:53, 2 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
