I contest copyright issues. I am not using any file that Apple owns. This is an original work made by me, by hand, using a freely and widely available photograph from a news source, Engadget, to render my own version in Photoshop. I have the Photoshop files to prove it. I uploaded a screen shot to dropbox showing my photoshop project and the text is editable: [1] -- Henriok (talk) 18:17, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I just saw that the issue was with Engadget. It isn't their picture. I only used their photo as a base. I could've used _any_ photo of the A6 as base. I contest that Engadget has copyright over the motif of their photo since it was taken at a press event, and won't pass the criteria for level of originality and creativity that's required for gaining copyright for the motif. And.. since I didn't upload the file that Engadget publicized they can't claim copyright over my rendition, only theirs. -- Henriok (talk) 18:25, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Dispute over. I asked Engadget on Twitter and got permission to use their image as base for mine if there is a credit to Engadget, and there is. I can make that stand out more. -- Henriok (talk) 22:17, 12 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Not need to talk too much, he created the photo and he already have permission to used to Engadget photo as base Tuankiet65 (talk) 10:34, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
