Could you help me understand what is the difference between the image i have uploaded and this one i post here for example? According to §26 of the Greek Copyright Law shouldn't they both be treated the same? Do they have any difference that i missed?

The main entrance to the Bank of Greece headquarters in Athens. The inscription reads "ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ", meaning "BANK OF GREECE".

Thank you
