Comparison of old and new images

The images are rendered above in the size in which they appear in the infobox for former countries on the English Wikipedia (see en:Ottoman Empire).

While the new svg version is much crisper in the detail, it is much brighter, which gives insufficient contrast against a white background. The outlines of the shapes should be much darker, and the contrast in general in the image between light and dark should be greatly increased. The shaded wrinkles in the cloth of the flags should furthermore be darker than the non-shaded green and red parts. Lambiam 17:16, 21 January 2008 (UTC)

I have changed some gradients and colours in the image. Also more thicker and darker contorus added in this version. Also the fill of both flags is changes now. --Juristiltins 22:49, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
