This image is not of Diplocyclos plamatus. D. palmatus has deeply lobed simple leaves. The specimen in the photograph has pinnate leaves. D. palmatus has thin leaves held in shape by turgor pressure. The specimen in the photograph has fleshy, almost succulent leaves. D. palmatus has pubesent leaves. The specimen in the photograph has waxy, smooth leaves. And so on for numerous other points. If I had to guess, I would say this is a species of Tetrastigma.
