After discussing this subject in Wikipedia in Spanish two collaborators of this Wikipedia have found some references to this flag, therefore I retire my question. Greetings. PACO 19:55, 30 March 2006 (UTC)

History of the SVG drawing

The development of this file is interesting. Its first version was 16 KB; then it increased to 49 KB and to 52 KB, before it was reduced to 6 KB and grew again to 10 KB.
It always shows the same image, it changed only colors and height/width, which does not influence file size.
It can be drawn with about 300 bytes, anything more is redundant garbage generated from the editor program for that extremly simple image.
