Presentation seems not to be correct.

It is worth to point out that in this image the shown contact pattern is only one of many possibility, although frequently seen. It misses the contacts C4 and C8 for all four form factors, too. By the way, the pattern is erroneously placed on 2FF. The pattern of six is centered to the long axis, while in ETSI TS 102 221 the eight contacts (four in each row) are almost centered to the long edge. You can see the difference also in comparison to the other images of mini-SIM cards on Wikimedia Commons.
