I'm terribly sorry to bother you yet again, but I need you to choose between one of the three following copyright statuses:
1. public domain — belongs to everyone and no-one;
2. this Creative Commons copyleft licence (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0/uk/deed.en_GB) which means that people have to credit monbiot.com if they use it;
3. a general licence for anyone to use it for any purpose.
Again, sorry to bother you. Tell George to keep up the good work. :-)
David.

Thank you very much for your reply. I was actually thinking about using the photograph on the "about George Monbiot" page (http://www.monbiot.com/archives/2000/06/09/about-george-monbiot/). For my purposes (the free online encyclopaedia "Wikipedia") I need anything I use to be either released into the public domain or under a copyleft licence.
David.

David Hi
If the articles are more than a year old go ahead and use them if they're not you have to clear it with The Guardian. The person to contact is: penny.jones@guardian.co.uk.
Good luck.

Hi. I couldn't find any copyright declaration on your site. Could you perhaps clarify the matter?
Thanks a lot. Keep up the good work. David Short.
