Rename file![edit]
Please, rename the file, it sounds like the flag is official but it's not. If a flag is really needed to represent Scandinavia or the Nordic countries, then use the Kalmar Union flag, because that flag (the colors and the cross, but the official proportions are not known) has once been official for the region (it can be equated with the flag of Northern Ireland, where Ulster Banner.svg is used although it is no longer official). The Kalmar Union flag is actually used today (2019), a place is the northern harbor in Helsingborg, which is visible on google maps for several years. 2009, 2011, 2014, 2017 and on instagram in other contexts, 2018, 2018, 2019.
