Incorrect name[edit]

I think the name of this file is incorrect. It is actually a map of Indianapolis from 1831 or earlier; it was filed with the Recorder in 1831. The 1899 date is when the Marion County Recorder certified that it was a true copy of the 1831 map that was on file in the Recorder's office. I requested it be moved from "Indianapolis in 1899.png" to "Indianapolis in 1831.png" and will correct the captions in the articles where it is used.
