Not a copyvio

I've removed the speedy delete tag from this - the rationale was that it was a copyvio as it "Uses trademarked Nike swoosh". The Swoosh is copyright-ineligible (or at the very least we've hosted it here for some time under that assumption), so this doesn't seem a valid speedy delete case. There may still be problems with using the trademark in this context, and to be honest it would be far simpler if these templates were kept generic without logos or excessive detail. But if a case is to be made for deletion a different rationale is needed. AJSham (talk) 18:18, 1 March 2012 (UTC)
