Coffeine structure diagram is incomplete. The Formula is C8 H10 N4 O2. A complete diagram can be seen, for example, at Wolfram|Alpha: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=Coffeine&t=wvg01

The diagram is not incomplete. It is common practice in chemistry to adjust the level of detail to the complexity of the structure and the purpose of the drawing. In this case not all carbon and hydrogen atoms are depicted explicitly in order to facilitate recognition of the important structural elements.
