This map is wrong. It is certainly untruth that British people are lighter than Germans or Dutch.

Wrong Map update in August 2020[edit]

This user "User: Taron Saharyan" updated the map borders in August 2020 and removed Georgia from there. Which has been there since the beginning when the map was downloaded in 2006. There were no changes in the population of Georgia. The percentage of blond people in Georgia is the same as in 2006. So, dear users, I want to ask you to undo this vandalism and incorrect update and return the border to last versions. File:Light hair coloration map.png

Return it to the version of 2007 year wich is a recreation of anthropologist Peter Frost's 2006 study on light hair color (via Beals & Hoijer (1965) An Introduction to Anthropology).

On colors used in this version[edit]

The original colors were (yellow, light orange, light brown, dark brown, black). However, the colors used in the current version could be better described as (yellow, yellowish orange, orange, light brown, dark brown). Sabbut (talk) 18:26, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Map is nonsense - no scientific evidence[edit]

This map is based on a dubious internet source. It has no reliable scientific background and should thus not be used in any article. It is purely speculative and not based on facts. --Furfur (talk) 15:55, 13 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
